1. Booking and payment: a. Reservations are confirmed by a variable deposit of the total amount. b. The remaining balance is due no later than 4-5 days before check-in. c. Payments can be made via booking portal, PayPal and/or bank transfer. 2. Cancellations and Refunds: a. Cancellations must be communicated in writing. b. If canceled up to 2 weeks before check-in, the deposit will be refunded. c. There will be no refund for later cancellations. 3. Check-in and check-out: a. Check-in takes place from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. b. Check-out must be by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. c. Late check-outs may result in additional fees. 4. Use of the holiday apartment: a. The maximum number of guests may not be exceeded. b. The holiday apartment may only be used by registered guests. c. Events or parties are strictly prohibited without prior written consent. 5. Guest Responsibilities: a. The guest is absolutely responsible for any damage to the holiday apartment. b. Smoking is prohibited in the holiday apartment. c. Pets are only allowed with prior written approval and for a fee of currently €50. 6. Disclaimer: a. The landlord is not liable for any loss, theft or damage to guests' personal property. b. The landlord is not liable for any inconvenience caused by natural disasters or force majeure. 7. Complaints and problems: a. Any problems or defects must be reported to the landlord immediately by email to wohnung@aksogan.de. 8. b. The landlord will endeavor to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. Please note that tradesmen are very difficult to reach on weekends and holiday days. 9. Changes and additions: a. These terms and conditions can only be changed in writing and with mutual consent. 10. Applicable law: a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Frankenthal, Rhineland Palatinate, Germany. 11. Final provisions: a. If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. By booking the holiday apartment directly or booking via a travel portal, you agree to these terms and conditions. This does not require an additional signature.
